The project value and payment schedule shall be specified in the price quote or contract.

Payments are due on the scheduled dates; work may be suspended in the event of late payment, following notification to the client.

Cancellation and Postponement Policy

Requests for cancellation or postponement must be submitted in writing.

The amount to be refunded or the balance due shall be determined based on the stage of implementation, costs incurred by the company, and the terms stipulated in the contract.

The company shall not be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond its control; in such cases, the client will be notified promptly, and appropriate solutions will be proposed.
